Exchange Eligibility:

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Unboxing Video Requirement for return

To ensure a smooth and fair exchange process, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited video while opening (unboxing) their package.

The video must clearly show:

• The package in its sealed condition before opening.
• The shipping label and package contents.
• Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, if applicable.
• The product must be unused.
• Product should be in its original packaging.

Delivery Charges:

• Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges.
